Terms and Conditions

Brain Mission Academy is a supplemental learning program for elementary students. Our missions help children practice the reading skills they're already learning at school, in short, game-like sessions.

We're here to add to classroom instruction, not replace it. We can't promise any particular test score or grade, and nothing on the site is a substitute for your child's teacher or for professional advice about learning needs.

• A parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 creates the family account and sets up a profile for their child.
• Children use Brain Mission Academy with their grown-up's permission. Children don't create their own accounts.
• Please give us accurate information and keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at hello@brainmissionacademy.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Each 4-week bootcamp costs $49, paid once. It's not a subscription, so there are no recurring charges. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

Through our Title I and Fair Access programs, some families receive an access code from their school or a partner organization. A valid code reduces the price or makes the program free. Every family gets the exact same program no matter how they pay. Codes are entered at signup, can't be exchanged for cash, and may have an expiration date or usage limit.

Everything in Brain Mission Academy, including the passages, questions, missions, parent scripts, activities, illustrations, characters, and design, is owned by Brain Mission Academy LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You're welcome to use it with your own family, including printing the Field Kit, Dinner Cards, and certificate for home use. Please don't copy, sell, share publicly, or redistribute our content, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission.

When you use Brain Mission Academy, please don't:

• share your account or access code with people outside your family
• try to break, overload, or get around the site's security
• copy our content with bots, scrapers, or other automated tools
• use the site for anything unlawful or harmful
• enter someone else's information without their permission

You can stop using Brain Mission Academy at any time, and you can ask us to delete your family's account and data by emailing privacy@brainmissionacademy.com. See our Privacy Policy for how deletion works.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing access codes or misusing the site. When we can, we'll contact you first to sort it out.

We work hard to keep Brain Mission Academy accurate, safe, and available, but we provide it “as is.” We can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Brain Mission Academy LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Please email us first at hello@brainmissionacademy.com. Most problems can be solved with a conversation, and we'd genuinely like the chance to make things right.

If we can't resolve it informally, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and let account holders know by email before the changes take effect.
